I would def go with the CMH over the hps…possibly a CMH315 for veg and 2 more for flower instead of 600HPS… You know man,HPS still rocks the party but with the LEC/LED revolution 600w HPS would probably yield better 315w LEC would probably be better quality. Which is most important to you? OR.
